San Francisco, CA – May 18, 2010 will be the day that brings the entrance of a new type of investor on Wall Street, one who stands for good. Philanthropic Investor Network is bringing stock investment to the world of philanthropy and social networking. With the use of Meetup groups and other groups on various social networks we hope to build a movement towards investing in companies that are working towards noble goals that will improve the human condition.
Profits are fine when made on ideas that are striving to help people. Another important aspect of the Philanthropic Investor Network is sharing the understanding that giving back to charity is as important as earning profits. Giving up some of our greed helps everyone and ourselves become better citizens of the planet.
In order to facilitate the movement further, we welcome anyone who wants to create a meetup group like we have in San Francisco and New York City to create one and we will add you to our site as well as include sponsorships for your group. If you wish to form your own meetup group but have questions please visit our contact page and let us know your concerns.
Together we can all make a difference. Join the Philanthropic Investor Network and join the movement towards positive stock investing that helps change the world for the better.
